This day will forever be epic. Lake Wānaka weddings when the hot summer weather turns on is simply unbeatable. Glistening water on the lake, not a breath of wind, and the very last of the snowcaps on the mountains in the background. Alex and Gus held not just a Wānaka wedding in their own unique style, but more of a big party with their family and friends that went on into the night. I was on duty to capture their day on both photo and hybrid video. Gather & Gold’s tipis set the scene for this epic Dublin Bay Wanaka wedding. An incredible day overlooking the lake, along with the soulful live tunes from Tai Forrester (who even rocked my Ben Harper request!). These guys locked in the vibe and everything followed. Beautiful.
